Since 1962 our private, not –for-profit organization has been bringing to Panama internationally acclaimed artists to perform in our annual concert season.

In 1985 we expanded our activities by initiating a youth music camp which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.  We will celebrate this occasion by forming a symphony orchestra made up of former campers and Oberlin alumni who have taught in the camps.  Oberlin professors Joanne Erwin and Tim Weiss and Jorge Ledezma of Panama will conduct.

We also offer young musicians loan-free loans in order for them to purchase their own instruments.  In addition to this we lend instruments given to us by generous donors and do so free of cost to the borrowers
